Patented DL release agents are based on many years’ experience and are enforced with technological development.


Using them:

• we can positively influence tool life of the high pressure casting machine;
• we can influence the cooling effects of the tool steel;
• we can achieve excellent coating of engravings;
• we can achieve better utilization of the working capacities of high pressure casting machine;
• we can reduce the possibility of unnecessary working congestion of the high pressure casting machine, due the use of an inappropriate release agent;
• we can achieve a wide range of dilution ratios;
• we can offer more environmentally and human-friendly release agents, granules, oils, and fats.

In their regular assortment we can also find: several coatings for ladles, aluminium pastes, start up greases, and graphite coatings.
The correct operation of the pistons is ensured by a number of granulates (white, black, with talc, without talc) and oils (mineral, synthetic, water-soluble, and others).
