Groz Beckert’s embroidery needles give flawless results on all types of machines, when using different materials, yarns, and threads.
For the embroidery, the DB x K5 needle system is used, which was designed for use in embroidery machines and shows high resistance to bending. A special system of embroidery needles is also DB x K5 SAN 1 GEBEDUR, which is intended for embroidering harder products and leather.
Classic embroidery enchants us with its unique creativity and vibrant colour combination. Colour fastness, resistance to washing, and excellent chemical and mechanical resistance are the key properties of classic embroidery. The most universal thread used for embroidery is Isacord.
LinkIf we do not want shiny embroidery, we use the matte effect that looks elegant and creates natural creative effects. The use of Saba C and Rasant threads is recommended.
LinkThe metallic effect is essential for embroidering various uniforms and labels. Isamet is the thread that is best suited for this effect, especially in silver and gold.
LinkThe making of the smallest symbols, such as letters for monograms or labels, must be particularly fine. Both small symbols and outlines of creative embroidery require extremely precise embroidery thread. The use of Serafil fine thread is recommended.
LinkCoarse embroidery threads are most commonly used in the automotive industry or on heavy fabrics such as leather. Serafil thread is recommended.
LinkThreads that glow in the dark are a real spectacle for the eyes and are most commonly used in fashion for special applications. For this purpose, we recommend choosing the Isa Texlight thread.
LinkTechnical embroidery has an increasing impact and great potential for innovation. It offers customized solutions used for sewing fibre reinforced composites. It is recommended to use Silver-tech thread with a silver coating.
LinkSome jobs prescribe standards for achieving fireproof and self-extinguishing embroidery on working clothes. The most universal threads in this field are N-tech, N-tech CS, and A-tech CS.
LinkIn the case of dyed clothes, it must be possible for the embroidery to be dyed together with the fabric. One solution is to use cotton embroidery threads that have the same dyeing capacity as cotton fabrics. The right choice is the Mercifil GD thread.
